We commissioned Gary’s Educational Leadership Coaching to support and develop our Senior Leadership Team, and the results have already been exemplary. My senior colleagues have been overwhelmingly positive; one SLT member even chose to leave her previous coach to work with Gary after hearing the strong feedback from others.

The sessions are consistently described as engaging, supportive, and highly practical. Beyond this, we have found Gary’s approach to be both affordable and flexible, which has allowed us to tailor the coaching to the needs of a busy school environment. As a result, we are already seeing clear outcomes: a more proactive, energised leadership team demonstrating greater professional maturity, improved decision-making, and stronger strategic thinking.
