Education Leadership Coaching focus
Given Gary’s background and career to date, he is well placed to be able to successfully coach and mentor senior and middle leaders in educational settings to be able to confidently face these challenges and opportunities and flourish within their roles. Supporting Educational Leaders is the focus of the company and, although still a relative new company, it has continued to make a significant positive impact within the sector from the outset.

Programme style and delivery
Regardless of the number of clients from any one institution, each individual coaching programme is custom made around each client’s needs and goals.
The majority of sessions are organised online using the client or school’s preferred digital meeting platform but Coach Gary will always offer to visit the client in their work setting to help establish a stronger contextual mutual understanding of the client’s role to help bolster programme success.

Coach Gary continues to remain committed to maintaining his own learning and extensive collegiate network. Gary is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and an Associate at the Association of School and College Leaders. Gary has other professional connections to expert former DFE consultant support and to the highest level senior colleague recruitment services which could all easily be accessed to construct various support packages for LAs, schools and Trusts.
